How do I save a game from a social link?

How do I delete my account?
In Kasetto, open Settings → Delete account. This removes your Library, reviews, Stacks, comments and profile from our servers, subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.

How do I report or block someone?
Choose Report from the menu on a review, comment or Stack, or Block from a profile. Three distinct reports hide an item automatically, and reports are reviewed. You can also report content by emailing hello@insertcartridge.app.

How do I cancel Kasetto Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. To restore a purchase, open Kasetto → Settings and choose Restore purchases in the Kasetto Plus section.

Why do I need an account?
Your Library lives on our servers so it follows you to a new phone, and reviews and Stacks you make public are shared under your handle.

Where does my scan or shared link go?
A game-cover or game-spine image, a scanned barcode, or a link you submit with relevant linked content goes through our server to the service providers we use to identify games. For a video, its speech may also be transcribed to help. Camera images are not added to your account. The Privacy Policy explains how this information is handled. You agreed to this when you created your account; if you no longer agree, delete your account from Settings.
